Oh, Monday. We all dread Monday's. Having to get up early out of bed and start a long week of hard work. Sometimes we find ourselves always wondering:

How come it takes so long to get from Monday to Friday, but so short to get from Friday to Monday? 

Much like Loverboy, it only seems like everybody's working for the weekend. But Monday's don't always have to be all that bad. When you think about it, Monday is the first day where you can set the tone for your entire week. Monday's can be really tough, but when you wake up and think, "Hey, today is going to be great and I am going to have an awesome day," you may actually have a better Monday!

There's a great concept on positivity where if you think positive thoughts, positive actions will follow. Try something new today! Something positive... Who knows? Maybe your Monday won't be so bad after all. 

If positive thoughts are too big of steps to take, try doing something for yourself in which you'll look forward to Monday. For example, pack your favorite lunch for Monday that way you'll have something yummy to look forward to! 

Maybe you don't have enough time to pack your lunch, try making lunch plans with someone for that day, that way you HAVE to go since you already made plans. You'll get yourself away from all the busy work for a nice break, and you get to look forward to eating at your favorite lunch spot. 

And if that doesn't work either... try looking for local events in your area. Perhaps there's a cool food truck rally that day, or a nice trampoline park somewhere around you to jump the stress away!

Monday's don't always have to be bad. Remember that every day you have a choice to be happy!
